Ports, Terminals & Logistics
We advise port authorities, terminal operators, and logistics providers on infrastructure agreements, terminal use contracts, stevedoring and handling arrangements, and regulatory compliance.
Maritime Disputes & Arbitration
We represent clients in maritime arbitration (including LMAA, SIAC, and ICC proceedings), litigation, and mediation, as well as in ship arrest and vessel detention matters, casualty response, and salvage claims
